  Quickly showed up at the house to estimate the job. Made verbal agreement for the work and price. Was told that the permit would be obtained in the next two days and the work would begin the following week. No show for the appointment. Called on the day and was given some excuse about being too busy. Rescheduled for a week later. No show for the appointment. Called on the day was told that I was called to cancel. My phone log indicates no calls except my call from the previous week. Checked with city public works department and no permit was obtained.
  
  These guys are not just unreliable but they are not honest.
